Flanged steel cranes: description, application areas

Design features of the reinforcement

There are 2 solutions to the arrangement of the shutter:
- fixed – the element is mounted on special supports and fixed by means of axial projections. By pressing the seat against the locking trunnions, the valve is directly controlled;
- floating – the ball valve moves easily inside the housing, as a result, the flow is blocked by pressing it against the seal as a result of the pressure of the medium.
The parameters of the working environment with aggressive substances must ensure corrosion resistance of the elements of flange cranes made of steel. Therefore, during operation, the steel reinforcement is additionally processed, which makes it possible to optimally increase the resistance of the equipment to corrosion processes.
