Meeting with the engineer of the year of the Kurgan region

The campaign "Week without turnstiles" at RTMT LLC this year ended with a visit of schoolchildren from the Chastoozersky district of the Kurgan region. Traditionally, after visiting all production sites, the guys met with Dmitry Voronov, Deputy Chief Engineer of the Kurgan Separate Division. An honorary Rebar builder and the best engineer of the Kurgan region, who received a Grant from the Governor of our region in 2021. Dmitry Vladilenovich explained to the students that the plant is not only machines and iron, but first of all people. And most importantly, people are educated and technically literate. He told about the work of the departments of the chief designer and chief technologist, recommended to get an engineering degree in the future. Separately, I would like to mention our permanentguide this week, leading process engineer Roman Chemyakin, who represented our plant very worthily and interestingly.
