Improving working conditions

In 2016, a new abrasive processing site was put into operation in the production building of the Kurgan OP. Due to a very strict approach to the quality of parts, the appearance of products and a corresponding increase in production volumes, the existing air purification system has exhausted itself. The new aspiration system is designed and installed by a specialized organization taking into account all the requirements of labor protection. The RTMT company pays great attention to the quality working conditions of its employees and a number of measures are planned for their continuous improvement.
