    RTKZ – steel shut-off valves.

    Designed for installation on pipelines as a shut-off device.

    RTKZ10 is a series of shut–off valves with forged-welded housings, mounting the oil seal on studs.

    RTKZ14 is a series of shut–off valves with forged-welded housings, mounting the stuffing box on folding bolts.

    Advantages:
    • The sealing surfaces of the gate are made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials of high hardness.
    • The housing is made of a stamped blank, has a high margin of safety, the stuffing box is located directly in the housing, there is no lid, which simplifies the design and increases the reliability of the valve.
    • Gate control is possible with a complete pressure drop, with little control effort. At the same time, a consistently high tightness of the gate according to class "A" is ensured.
    • It is possible to manufacture valves with non-standard and increased construction length.

    Shut–off valve (valve) is a pipe fitting used to block the flow of the working medium in domestic and industrial systems. The device has a simple design consisting of a robust housing that overlaps the passage section of the shutter and the flywheel.     Application and principle of operation of the valve

    The shut-off steel valve regulates the flow movement by moving the gate in a vertical plane. In the closing mode, the disk is lowered onto the saddle, blocking the flow of the working medium, and when opened, it rises up. The valves are installed in one direction, according to the marking on the housing. The mechanisms manufactured by RTMT are perfectly suitable for pipelines with a diameter of 15-25 mm with a working pressure of 1.6-27 Mpa. They are able to provide an effective overlap of any liquid or gaseous flows, which is why they are often used in heating systems, water and gas mains, as well as in oil, chemical, metallurgical and other industries.
